Nobody can accuse someone else for a crime, unless it's held it is held by court. This protects people from Government abuse of authority.
Summary:
I believe that the Brown vs board of education was the most important because it helped our country achieve diversity. If blacks were still segregated by schools and what not, they may have segregated other ethnicitys as well. I believe that this court case showed how the U.S a place for anyone to live without being separated from the majority of people and looked as an outcast.
Marbury vs Madison Marbury v. Madison: 1800. Before Adams left offioce, he gave 58 of his men that he left behind some kind of job. However, some were not delivered on time. When Jefferson took office, he did not allow some people keep their jobs. As that happened, one man, Marbury, who was denied sued Jefferson. It went to the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice was John Marshall, the man who was supposed to delivered the letters. Marbury thought he was right to keep his job and he forced Jefferson to let him keep his job. This was the first time the court gained power of judicial review.

Basically the the 2nd ammendment gives the people the right to hold firearms and the 14th amendment states that no individual shall be deprived of life, liberty or property. The Due process and privilege or immuties clauses say that the states cannot do whatever they want, they have to obey the outlines of the constitution and the federal government.
McDonald vs Chicago Review
I personally think that guns should be allowed for the saftey of the people. I believe that the 2nd ammendment stands for this case and should not be broken. If you break this ammendment then you are breaking over 200 years of tradition set up by our founding fathers.
